Sean Heitman

Manager, Field Services & Sales

Sean began his career in the Non-Destructive Evaluation (NDE) /Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) industry in 1996 and has built a resume that establishes him as one of the industry’s most knowledgeable NDE/NDT professionals.  He possesses an ASNT Level 3 certification in MT, PT, RT and VT methods. Additionally, Sean is an Authorized Inspector in accordance with API-510, 570, and 653 and an AWS Certified Welding Inspector.

In 2007 Sean left the NDE/NDT service industry to pursue a career at Dow Corning/Dow as a Mechanical Integrity Specialist. In this role he oversaw all pressure vessel and storage tanks inspections at the company’s Kentucky site.  Later he was elevated to global inspection SME over NDE/API, traveling the globe to help various Dow sites with inspections and training. This experience has contributed to Sean’s extensive knowledge in all metals/non-metal inspections including plastics, fiberglass, tantalum, glass, and brick.

Sean joined PNDE Services in 2023 and today he is a key member of the company’s business Development Team. In addition to maintaining his current certifications, his responsibilities include managing the company’s field service and sales activities.

Dave’s NDT/NDE experience began in 1998, and for the past 27 years his focus has been on the aerospace industry.  He possesses ASNT certifications in PT, MT and UT methods and holds certifications for major aerospace companies, including GE Aerospace, Pratt & Whitney, and SpaceX.

Dave joined Professional NDE and Consulting in 2017 supporting clients with global UT Immersion programs for FAA LLP inspections. In 2023, Dave earned an Associate of Applied Science (A.A.S.) degree in Nondestructive Testing Technology. That same year, he rejoined PNDE’s Services division as the Responsible Level 3, overseeing the technical and certification aspects of the business.
